I had a few teachers that I liked, that seemed to care about their students, and others that were borderline abusive. My math teacher used to scold students in front of the class, calling students stupid and revealing their poor test and homework scores to everyone.

I see there are some negative reviews for OPMS, but people should know that the school district has addressed the issues. Incompetent science department. Very bad science instruction. They really need to take what they have, flush it down the toilet and start over.

BAD SCHOOL. Grades are based on coloring and arts and crafts, not on knowledge. Middle school that is more suitable for entry into 1st grade than high school. No depth to anything. The bulk of the science teaching is simply copy the text exactly from a handout to a paper doll like flipbook. At least...
