There were many sports and electives to chose from!

I was in the science club and it was fun and we raised our own funds to go on field trip towards the Science Center. Including, we got speakers from colleges, previous students that attend Sylmar High or other schools that pursue a academic career in the fields of science, and some adults that have worked in the fields of physics and chemistry.

Olive Vista Middle School has an excellent STEAM academy. It operates like a separate school within the campus. The best students and teachers work there. Most teachers are great but most students don't seem to care as a student here for all three years i hate being put with kids that expect me to do all the work so far my teachers have been very great and encouraging but the students here seem to not care and there are lots of fights.
