About David

David has always been enthusiastic about homes, and not in the context of a place to live, but the place where you live. Home is where you build memories that last a lifetime—celebrate successes, both small and large, and where you go when you need to be comforted.
David became a realtor when he was still in his teens. Even then, he was genuinely excited to see the look on someone’s face when he introduced them to their ideal home. At the same time, he felt frustration when he saw how so many builders skipped over opportunities to do more.

After many years of demanding work and dedication—and helping hundreds of families achieve the dream of a new home—David purchased Forbes Homes in 2002 and merged the two companies to create Forbes Capretto Homes.
