Rollin Goering

Rollin is currently a full time residential Realtor at Remax Alliance - FTC South. Rollin worked with local and national new home builder teams from (2003-2008) and then joined LC Real Estate Group from (2009-2023) as a full-time broker. He contributes over 20 years of real estate experience and specializes in residential real estate. Rollin became a partner in LC Real Estate Group in 2015 and was the regional sales manager for LC Real Estate Group's affiliated entity LC Home. He has completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiations Expert ( CNE ), Graduate Realtor Institute ( GRI) , Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Eco-Broker and Employing Broker designation training. Mr. Goering is a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors (FCBR) and is currently serving, as Vice Chair, on the Executive Board of Directors for the Larimer County Food Bank. Rollin also served 6 years at the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, serving as the past chair in 2018.
