Ronald 'Gunner' Tronolone

With nearly four decades of experience in commercial real estate and over five years with HUNT Commercial, Ronald “Gunner” Tronolone is a seasoned professional who combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to client success.

As a third-generation realtor, he gained early insight into real estate through hands-on experience with his grandfather’s property management and exposure to his father’s negotiation techniques. While his initial interest in law school focused on contract and property law, he ultimately followed his passion into real estate, building a successful career that he describes as both fulfilling and challenging.

Gunner’s expertise spans all facets of commercial investment property, including the sale and leasing of office, apartment, industrial, and retail spaces. He also undertakes assignments in site selection for national and local projects including development sites for anything from a residential subdivision, apartment complex, industrial complex, retail plaza or office building. He has built a reputation for keenly navigating market trends to achieve his clients’ goals. His client list includes private investors, developers, banks, franchise owners, and businesses across sectors, benefiting from his strategic guidance in property analysis, leasing, and investment sales. Gunner’s dedication and excellence have been recognized with awards such as the C. Stuart Hunt Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate from the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR).

His continuing education in the industry includes designations such as Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CITEC) and Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA).

Outside of his professional life, Gunner is active in his community as Chairman of the Village of Orchard Park Planning Board and former youth hockey and baseball coach. He is also a dedicated car enthusiast who enjoys participating in car shows, and is a Corvette Club Member.
