Having grown up going to a school with 140 children per grade, almost 45 kids in 1 class with 1 teacher.. it was refreshing to find this school with a much better children to teacher ratio. The school being small and the classes being small means everyone knows everyone and it feels like a tight knit family where everyone is looking out for others. I was genuinely impressed by how well they managed the Covid pandemic, diligently testing all the children and preventing any outbreaks. The teachers are fantastic and I always know that my child is in good hands. The curriculum is well rounded... both academics and arts are encouraged.. along with SEL. There are afterschool activities that children can partake in as well. Year #4 at OOS and no regrets at all.
