Carpinteria Senior is a good school. It's like ever other school. You get along with most of your teachers. Sadly there isn't as much ap classes to take due to it being small school. You know most of the students because of the small Community.

As someone who moved from a larger school, I can tell you Carpinteria is special. The teachers and students really support you and you will find your place in the school if you try. Just stay engaged and put in effort and this school will reward you back.

I had some really amazing teachers here but the overall quality of this school is not great. The entire place stinks of weed because it is surrounded by pot farms. The theatre program was the best part for me. Because it is such a small town it is easy to get stuck here and never get out and I saw that with a lot of carp kids. Overall not an awful school but certainly not the best in the area.

I loved my 4 years at CHS! The teachers are great, they really do care about the students! The principal and VP are amazing and care for the well being of not only the students but also the parents and teachers! The school is full of Warrior Spirit! They are all about sports. You can see it on the website. Just compare the "Academics" page to the "Athletics" page. On the first day of school, they introduce the school to new students by talking about the football team. The cheerleaders have brand new uniforms and the textbooks are falling apart....
