Pennekamp is one of the best elementary school in MBUSD! Many great learning opportunities for kids with emphasis on Social Emotional Learning. There are so many behavioral problems at this school and it’s swept under the rug. It’s cool to be mean and bullying is rampant and parents don’t care that their kids are really mean.
