The teachers that I have had at Mira Costa High School have all been really helpful in guiding me as I learn. There are people in every department that I know I can turn to if I need help. I especially feel at home in the music department, which has an amazing program, directors, and students. Some change that I would like to see, however, is more equality within the sports.

Loved the school, very happy my son was able to attend. He got a great education, well prepared for college, lots of resources to help figure out next steps after graduation and had a great time playing on the Lacrosse team as well. Learned sportsmanship, how to balance school and extracurriculars and had fun.

Overall throughout my high school experience I have learned to love it during my time at Mira Costa. The teachers are amazing and it's very easy to make friends. I definitely recommend the school for others.

Mira Costa Highschool is a great school experience to learn different and unique topics for your student.As a student I can tell you that the work load won't be easy but if you strive hard and are determined to reach your goal you will be fine.
