I have been going to Mountain Valley Academy school since first grade. The teachers have all been helpful and friendly, but that doesn't mean easy. The quality of our work was always expected to be above average.

Mountain Valley Academy is a school that provides flexibility to its students. Most classes do not require attendance, and are designed to be able to be completed from home. This means that a student can stay home for personal reasons, get a job, or simply take a couple more sick days than other schools. While this is great, for someone who really prides themselves upon a good education, this is not the best choice.

I love how because there's not hundreds of kids that attend this high school, it's possible to have personal relationships with teachers, which causes for better grades!

In my opinion, the class work is too rigorous. They give students way too much homework and it takes up many hours in a day. At Mountain Valley Academy students spend a day and a half in the classroom with grade level peers and their teachers, the rest of the week is homeschool.
