GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My daughter had a hard year socially but thrived in her studies. At times she did not feel supported by some of her teachers

Have always struggled with durango schools taking parents concerns seriously and making changes accordingly. Being for students and not just a statistic for test scores is also a huge issue. Students should always feel supported and successful for graduation.

I wish there were more activities, involvement, integration of special needs students in the neural typical world.

DHS has some good teachers, but also a fare share of really terrible teaching styles. Most of the people that go here are rich, and many of them are snobby. Lo...
