Average school, average teaching, average administrative, everything about this school is average. Sports are pretty good. Lots of clubs. But like any traditional school, it lacks any real world learning and projects.

Durango high school has been a great learning experience for me academically and socially. From freshman year to graduating soon in may I have grown so much and it is because of Durango high school. The culture at DHS made it a fun and successful learning environment that I will always remember.

The best parts are the sport programs although they are somewhat underfunded. The worst part is the amount of vaping in the bathrooms and the almost yearly at this point gun or bomb threat
